What happens if I am not at home to receive the parcel?

The DHL driver will try to deliver the parcel to one of your neighbours. If this is not possible, he will take it to the nearest DHL parcel shop. In any case, he will leave you a message telling you where your parcel is.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You can view the status of your order in your profile in our online shop. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to track your parcel once it has left our warehouse via DHL.

We send all our shipments with DHL.
