Kriega US-Drypack mounting kit for BMW R1250GS, F750GS, F850GS
BMW R1250GS specific mounting material for US Drypacks or OS Adventure Packs
This mounting kit also fits the latest model F750 GS or F850 GS with the OEM cast aluminium luggage carrier as shown here. It will NOT fit the tubular type rack and also excludes all GS ADVENTURE models.
The kit consists of high quality hypalon and nylon webbing loops that easily fit under the standard OEM luggage rack using the existing mounting points.
Once fitted, they provide strong hook points for all Kriega US Drypack / US Drypack Combo or OS Adventure Packs.
Scope of delivery
- 2 x 50 mm screw-on loops
- 2 x 65 mm screw-on loops
- 8 M6 washers
- 4 x 30 mm M6 screws
- 4 x M6 Nyloc screws
Installation
1. Undo the 4 carrier bolts and replace the 4 longer M6 bolts supplied and tighten to 5 Nm.
2. Slide an M6 washer into each Hypalon end of the bolt-on loops.
3. The two 50 mm bolt-on loops are mounted at the rear on the underside of the luggage carrier. Attach the loops to the additional thread of the M6 bolts using another washer and a Nyloc nut.
4. Repeat the process at the front of the carrier with the 65 mm bolt-on loops and tighten the nuts.
